When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive in 1-5 business days, depending on the distance from Columbus, OH to your shipping address.

What are our shipping rates?

​Charges are based on the weight of the products shipped. As you complete your checkout, a shipping charge will be displayed. This applies to most products which weigh less than 150 pounds. Some shippable items may require Special handling due to their size. Prices may vary by location and are based on the number of trips made to your location.

How do we ship multiple items?

​Mac Tools ships items as they are available, therefore you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items. Items that will ship separately include items that have different shipping methods and items that are not available in our warehouses on the same day of your order.

What if my order is received wrong or defective?

An order from mactools.com that is shipped in error or defective will be corrected upon notification by the customer.

• Mac Tools will pay for the shipping cost.

• A Material Return Authorization(MRA) is required.

• Upon receipt of the item, the customer's credit card will be credited or the correct product will be shipped.

• Contact your local Mac Tools Franchisee or Distributor for warranty issues regarding purchases made on the truck. 

• If you no longer have a Distributor or Franchisee to service the product,  contact Customer Service at 1-800-MACTOOLS for a Material Returns Authorization.

 

What are our shipping methods?

UPS is our primary method of shipping for items and orders under 150lbs.and customers can choose Ground or 3-Day Select Shipping.

For items or orders over 150lbs, we use a common carrier and deliver as curb service. A person over the age of 18 must sign for these shipments.

Can I return a shipment?

​​​Yes, products purchased online can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

How do I get Mac Tools to sponsor my team or race car?

​We plan our motorsports sponsorships one year in advance.  If you would like to be considered for future seasons, your team should meet the following requirements: You must compete in one of the following professional categories:

NASCAR Sprint Cup
NASCAR Nationwide
NHRA Top Fuel
NHRA Funny Car
NHRA Pro-Stock Car or Bike

If you participate in one of these series and you plan to compete in the full schedule of events; and would like to be considered for sponsorship, please forward with any supporting documentation to:

Apprentice Purchase Guidelines

  • Apprentices may make a one-time purchase for tools and tool storage up to $5,000.00.
  • Purchases must go through an active distributor and be submitted on a manual order form. All apprentice orders will be emailed to Mac.studenttech@sbdinc.com for approval and processing. If a supporting distributor is not associated with the sale, it will not be approved.
  • Online student accounts will not be permitted for apprentices.
  • Student technicians, Instructors, and Schools will continue to fall under the STP guidelines.
